Happy St. Patrick's Day! Our 2nd graders celebrated by making rainbow bridges for "leprechauns." They tested the strength of their bridges by counting the number of leprechauns their design could hold. The record was 105 leprechauns! #amesdolphins

That's a wrap on One Book, One School! Thank you to our Ames PTA for providing such amazing grand prizes at our closing ceremony yesterday! One lucky winner from each class received a gift certificate from Aunt Diana's Chocolates, and there were 6 grand prize winners who went home with a giant box of books to enjoy!
