W is for Walk! Ames 5th graders walked all around downtown Chicago, attended an architecture cruise, and had lunch at Billy Goat Tavern!

This Memorial Day, we come together to honor the brave men and women who gave everything. Our Ames Student Council and scouts led a beautiful flag raising ceremony on Friday in honor of those who made the ultimate sacrifice. 🇺🇸

2nd graders learned all about trees, seed dispersal, and animal habitats on their field trip to Morton Arboretum last week! 🌳
