    1. WRITING: type or write about which text you liked the best from Wednesday and Thursday. 
    *Be sure to use complete sentences and answer the following guiding questions: 
    -Which text did you like the best?
    -Why did you like that text the best? 
    -What did you learn from that text? 
    -What is something you already knew from that text? 
    -How can you connect to that text? 

    4th Grade:
  • 1. WRITING: type or write about which text you liked the best from Wednesday and Thursday.

    WRITING: 
    1. Choose one of the texts from either Wednesday or Thursday, whichever was your favorite!
    2. re-read that text 
    3. type or write on a separate sheet of paper the MAIN IDEA of that text (using complete sentences!) 
    4. Answer the following questions in complete sentences:
    -Why was this text your favorite? 
    -What are 3 things you learned from this text? 
    -What are 2 things you already knew from this text? 
    -What is 1 connection you can make to this text? 

 
  • MATH: 

    2nd, 3rd, 4th Grade:

    2. choose 10 of the word problems provided in the packet, and solve on a separate sheet of paper 
    3. draw a picture that goes along with each word problem 

    5th Grade:

    2. complete the practice problems on a separate sheet of peper
    *Don't forget to use your number family arrows for the word problems! 
    *Look for key words!
    **For part 2, write the equation rounded to the nearest hundreds place, and then rounded to the nearest tens place
    **For part 3, write the mixed number that each letter is at on the number line
